At three examinations Kate Townsend failed in Arithmetic. Two of these failures have occurred in two successive years viz 1887 and 1888.
It is proposed therefore, that she continue the work of the Sixth Standard, so that with permission from Her Majesty's Inspector, she may be re-presented in that standard in July 1889.
