William Beasant is still very backward in his Spelling and reading.
Fred Ponting (Standard ii) and Tom Ponting (Standard iii) two brothers are very much behind in all their work. They belong to a poor family, and appear to be but scantily fed, which tends to increase their dulness at all their work.
