[report from Education Dept.] H. M. Inspector states that the offices are in an unsatisfactory state, and the fence of the Playground is broken down in many places. These defects should be remedied without delay (Article 17c). N. B. These defects have been occasioned by the pulling down and building of cottages adjoining the playground and will be remedied as
